An award will be provided in recognition of leadership in entomology at an early career level. The award includes a $2,000 USD grant, to be used either as seed funding for research purposes or to attend a conference, and a certificate.

This award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to entomological science during their career. The awardee will receive a certificate, and will be recognized during the International Branch Business Meeting which is held during the Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of America.

Dear fellow entomologists,

I am pleased to announce that the 9th International Branch Virtual Symposium will be held on April 27–29, 2026. This event is entirely online, asynchronous, free to attend, and open to all entomologists (including non-members). A small registration fee is asked to present a virtual poster or a pre-recorded talk. The objective of this event is to allow entomologists from around the world to network, discover new research, and showcase their own work at low or no cost.

Registration for the International Branch Virtual Symposium is free.

To register for the event, attendees will need to create login credentials to gain access to the online program. Simply provide your email address and create a password, and you will have full access to the meeting content. Once you have successfully registered for the meeting, you will be able to use your login credentials to access the program content throughout the course of the Virtual Symposium.
