The SEB Program Committee is currently requesting proposals for symposia for the 2026 Branch Meeting. While all symposia ideas are welcome, we would like to encourage as many submissions as possible that align with the meeting theme, A Century of Innovations Addressing Global Challenges in a Hyperconnected World, celebrating a century of the Southeastern Branch.

One award is given each year to an outstanding M.S. student. The recipient is recognized with a $200 cash award and a plaque at the annual Branch meeting.
Presentations should be created in a format compatible with PowerPoint (.pptx). All meeting room computers are PCs, so a presenter who creates a presentation using a Mac should test the file on a PC computer prior to the meeting.
Presenters are expected to upload their presentation not less than two hours prior to their scheduled session. A computer for presentation uploads will be located in the University Room during the following times:

Photo salon submissions are being solicited for the upcoming joint meeting of the Eastern and Southeastern Branches of the Entomological Society of America. Only those individuals in good standing with the ESA (i.e., current membership in EB or SEB) are eligible for submitting images. Selected winning images will be recognized during the Awards Luncheon, and submitting members will receive a certificate of recognition.
