Below is a list of required fields to submit your Workshop proposal for Entomology 2017. Please carefully read the instructions below before beginning your submission. When you are ready, you may begin the Workshop Proposal Application. If you need to resume an existing submission, click here

Please note, you must completed your submission on the official site by the January 31, 2017 deadline. You cannot mail or email your submission. All submissions must be completed online on the Workshop Proposal Application

Page 1 - Title

  1. Title of Workshop
     
  2. Submitter's Email Address
     
  3. Summary Statement of the Goal or Concept and Objectives: List the goals and objectives, and describe the overal concept of the workshop relating to the meeting theme. 
     
  4. Workshop Description (50 words or less, required, will be used in Program Book)
     
  5. Audiovisual Needs: If you have no Audiovisual Needs, please enter "N/A" into the box below. 
     
  6. Room Setup: Description of each room setup is available.

    • Classroom
    • Conference
    • Hollow Square
    • Reception
    • Theater

Page 2 - Organizers

  1. Be sure to add the names of all contributing organizers here. Information listed on this page will be used for all notifications and when compiling the Program Book.
     
  2. Before adding a new name, please search the database to see if that name has already been entered.
     
  3. If you have been a participant at an ESA Annual Meeting, your information should already be in the database.
     
  4. When searching for a name, keep in mind that it returns exact matches only unless your have selected Match "Like."
     
  5. While are you given the ability to search by First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, it is recommended that you search by one field at a time. 
     
  6. If the name you are searching for is in our database, but the contact or affiliation information is incorrect, please update the information on record and do not create a new one. 
     
  7. If you need to enter a new name, please complete as many fields as possible.
     
  8. Only move on to the next step after all contributing organizers have been added.

Page 3 - Confirmation

  1. Please review all of the information that has been uploaded during the submission process. 
     
  2. Once information has been confirmed, select "Submit."
