Welcome to the resource hub for the Entomological Society of America's Annual Meeting! This section is designed to provide crucial information to ensure your participation in this year's meeting is as seamless and rewarding as possible. The Annual Meeting relies heavily on volunteer support. In 2023, the Annual Meeting required 450 judge and moderator volunteers! We thank you for your support!

Rising Stars of Entomology Award SymposiumThis symposium will feature a selection of students near the end of their Master's or PhD programs to showcase their research with greater depth than the standard 10-minute student competition allows. 
Early Career Professional Recognition SymposiumThis juried symposium will feature four presentations of Student Transition and Early Professional members of ESA who will be selected to give a 30-minute feature presentation describing their research contributions in this special symposium.

All presenters must register for the Annual Meeting. Become an ESA member when you register and you could save up to $550 on registration.
