Media Attendance

Attending the Entomological Society of America's Annual Meeting provides journalists with a unique opportunity to stay abreast of the latest advancements in insect science. Covering a diverse range of research topics, the meeting facilitates interactions with experts in the entomological community. Journalists can gain valuable insights, report on groundbreaking discoveries, and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge in the field of entomology. 

Annual Meeting Student & ECP Volunteer Program

The Annual Meeting Volunteer Program offers student, student transition, and early career professional members the opportunity to be a part of the Annual Meeting, where they can gain exposure for their work, network with colleagues and friends, and expand their careers. Students, student transition, and early-career professional members who serve as volunteers and work a minimum of 6 hours at the Annual Meeting are eligible for $150 USD reimbursement of their registration fee* after the meeting.
