Historic Saratoga Springs Tour of the Natural Springs

Location: Creekside Classroom Environmental Education Center, Geyser Loop Rd., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

Learn about the historic springs that have Saratoga Springs its name! This tour will explore at least 7 of the natural springs that gave the town it’s start. Environmental Educator, Ken Chaisson will lead our tour where we will learn about the unique geology of the region and even get to taste the water from the springs! Which spring will be your favorite? You will leave with bragging rights that you had a TRUE Saratoga water ritual experience!

If needed, snow shoes will be provided. Terrain is primarily flat, but wear appropriate shoes depending on the weather. Tour lasts approximate 1 hour. You must provide your own transportation to and from the tour starting location, approximately 4 miles from the Saratoga Hilton.
