ESA has secured a block of hotel rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport near the Orlando International Airport (MCO) for attendees. All guests enjoy suite accommodations, access to an airport shuttle, free made-to-order breakfast buffet and daily drinks and snacks at our complimentary Evening Reception. Organized transportation for the field tour will depart from this hotel.
The discounted room rate is $159 Single/Double + tax (currently 12.5%). Housing is now closed.
