Jennifer Henke, BCE is a Past President of the ESA. She is the Laboratory Manager at the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District, where she manages the laboratory group which conducts adult mosquito surveillance, tests for arboviruses, examines the efficacy of pesticide products, and evaluates control products and strategies targeting mosquitoes and fire ants. Her work includes collaborating with researchers from universities and government agencies to explore novel control strategies for vectors in the desert. |

Karla Addesso, PhD is a Research Professor and Director of the Otis L. Floyd Nursery Research Center in the College of Agriculture at Tennessee State University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Florida and joined TSU in 2012. Her research focuses on management of woody ornamental pests including flatheaded borers, ambrosia beetles, mites, and armored scales as well as regulatory pests including imported fire ants and Japanese beetle. She has served as the Southeast Branch Representative to the ESA Governing Board since 2018. Dr. Addesso is also an Associate Editor of Environmental Entomology and serves as a reviewer for other ESA and topical journals. |

Lewis James Bartlett, PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of Georgia with a joint appointment between the Department of Entomology & Odum School of Ecology. He received his PhD from the University of Exeter and started at UGA in 2022. His research focuses on developing tools to assess and improve the health of honey bees in agricultural settings. Dr. Bartlett is also an ESA Science Policy Fellow in the class of 2023 and a subject editor on apiculture and social insects for the Journal of Economic Entomology. |

DeShae Dillard is a graduate student in the lab of Doug Landis at Michigan State University in the Ecology, Evolution & Behavior Program. He studies how integrating conservation habitat into agroecosystems can contribute to the sustainable management of agriculture and natural resources. He is the co-director of the Entomology Research and Outreach Fellowship at MSU, a 2021 FFAR fellow, and an ESA Science Policy Fellow in the class of 2023. |
